  • Self check-in/check-out is available.
  • No explicit check-in/check-out times or key/access instructions provided. Please consult your booking confirmation or property manager for specific arrival and departure procedures.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
  • The garage is private space for the owner.
  • This homeowner monitors the driveway with two security cameras.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.

  • All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities.
  • Eagles Nest Winery Day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available onsite.
  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • High-speed internet is available in the home; some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Kitchens are stocked with necessary utensils for meal preparation. A "starter set" of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are intended to last one or two nights.
  • The home is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, toaster, ironing board & iron, and basic dishes & silverware.
  • Bed linens and towels are provided.
  • Climate control is available.
  • Outdoor spaces include a balcony and patio.
  • Hot tub is available.
  • Library access is available.

  • The driveway is monitored by two security cameras.

Construction and Community Notices

  • There is a property immediately next door to Altitude Adjustment under active construction. Construction may occur Monday through Saturday, 7am–7pm (Updated: March 27, 2025).
  • Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am–7pm Monday through Saturday.

  • While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery, Restrooms (Pavilion coming soon!)
    • Vineyard - a quick 2 minute drive from Altitude Adjustment: Food and Wine served, Eagles Nest Winery Day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each, HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p, Sat & Sun 1p-7p
  • All visitors on premise at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Guests returning to this home may receive a discount of 5% to the room rent, not to be combined with other discounts.
